The Marriott Dadeland (Friday venue) is located about 4 miles South of UM on U.S. 1. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marriott.com\/hotels\/maps\/travel\/miadd-miami-marriott-dadeland\/\" title=\"Map and directions to Miami Marriott Dadeland | Near Miami\">Driving directions to the Marriott.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>From Miami International Airport:<\/strong> Take LeJeune Road (42nd Ave) south to Ponce De Leon Boulevard. Turn right on Ponce De Leon (1 block before U.S. 1) and travel Granada Blvd. Turn right on Granada and then left on Pisano Ave. Park in the School of Communications parking lot will be on your left after you cross University Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport:<\/strong> Take 595 West, which connects with I-95 South. Take I-95 South, which becomes U.S. 1. Continue about 5 miles until you pass LeJeune Road (42nd Ave). Continue for about 1 mile and until you reach Granada Blvd. Turn right on Granada and then left on Pisano Ave. Park in the School of Communications parking lot will be on your left after you cross University Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From I-95 North:<\/strong> Head south on 95, which becomes U.S. 1 (South Dixie Highway). Continue on U.S. 1 about 5 miles until you pass LeJeune Road (42nd Ave). Continue for about 1 mile and until you reach Granada Blvd. Turn right on Granada and then left on Pisano Ave. Park in the School of Communications parking lot will be on your left after you cross University Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From the Florida Turnpike:<\/strong> Take the turnpike to Bird Road (SW 40th Street). Head east on Bird Road to Red Road (SW 57th Street). Turn right onto Red Road and continue onto Miller Road (SW 56 Street). Make left turn and continue until you reach San-Amaro Drive. Make right turn continue until you reach Ponce-De Leon. Make left turn on to Ponce continue until you reach Granada Blvd. Turn left on Granada and then left on Pisano Ave. Park in the School of Communications parking lot will be on your left after you cross University Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From I-75:<\/strong> Take I-75 to the 826 West exit. 826 West turns into 826 South; continue on 826 South until the Miller Drive exit (SW 56 Street). Head east on Miller to Red Road (SW 57 Avenue). Turn right onto Red Road and continue to Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Turn left on Ponce and go to Granada Blvd. Turn left on Granada and then left on Pisano Ave. Park in the School of Communications parking lot will be on your left after you cross University Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public Transportation:<\/strong> Take the Metrorail to the University stop which leaves you with a 5-10 minute walk to the School of Communications.
