Tracy Rotton is a lead web developer for RP3, an advertising agency in Bethesda, Maryland. In 2012, she discovered responsive web design, and became obsessed. Since then, she\u2019s built responsive websites for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Norfolk Southern Corporation, FrontPoint Security, and Long and Foster Real Estate, the latter two on WordPress.
