About Devin Walker

I’m an independent product builder and open-source advocate in the WordPress community. I co-founded GiveWP (acquired by Liquid Web in 2021) and created WP Rollback—along with a multitude of other plugins used by site owners, agencies, and nonprofits around the world. After wrapping up my time with GiveWP/Liquid Web/StellarWP, I’m focused on building new WordPress products, mentoring teams, and sharing what I’ve learned about product, UX, and sustainable plugin businesses. I contribute back through code, docs, and community; organizing/mentoring meetups in San Diego and speaking at WordCamps when I can. My work has earned millions of downloads and has been covered by outlets like WP Tavern and Torque. I care about thoughtful UX, reliable code, and helping creators grow their sites and businesses with tools that just work. When I’m off the keyboard, I’m usually playing volleyball, shredding on guitar, or hanging with my cats.
