He works as a senior developer at Human Made in the UK, and has over ten years\u2019 experience developing with WordPress.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wcmia-speaker\">\n<h2>Nicole Paschen Caylor<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wcmia-speaker-description\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"avatar avatar-100 photo alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/s.gravatar.com\/avatar\/ff2202deb6fd33e094e1752ac6d7c560?s=80&amp;r=g\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nicole has designed websites professionally since 2006, with the last 3 years focused on WordPress development. Currently she is a Designer\/Front End Developer for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">BoldGrid<\/a>\u00a0and living in her hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan. He&#8217;s been active in the e-commerce space for 5 years and has been building websites for over two decades. He&#8217;s spoken everywhere from IBM to Ogilvy on topics ranging from Designer\/Developer Workflow to What Agencies Need to Know About E-Commerce. He believes there is room for technology in everyone\u2019s life and room for anyone, of any age, within the tech community.<\/p>\n<p>Miles has contributed as a passionate committee member for Be The Difference Foundation, Sofia\u2019s Hope, and Polyblox Totems educational toys.
