Each step of your career has different expectations from others. Certain qualities will help you along the way including self reflection, asking questions, and taking on change. We will discuss my development career including the funny stories, the mistakes, and the take aways you can apply.
This talk goes over the different stages of a developers career between Jr and Lead. Advice will be given on the most important things people can focus on at every step. I have had incredible mentoring throughout my career and would like to give back in this talk detailing what works, what mistakes were made that could be avoided, and what I now look for in developers at different stages of their career.
