Our Refund Policy: Tickets purchased are refundable up to midnight EST February 27th, 2020. Understand that PayPal only supports refunds 60 days after purchase, so refunds for certain tickets might vary depending on when you bought the ticket.

Receiving Tickets: You should get an email confirmation. The confirmation is NOT a ticket because you do not need one. You DO NOT need to print out anything. If your purchase was successful, we will have your name in the system at registration.

Parents/Guardians: If you are attending WordCamp Miami for a child on Sat and/or Sun AND you will be present with the child during the event (at least one parent/guardian is required), you will need to purchase a parent ticket in addition to a student ticket. If you are leaving your child in the care of another guardian/parent and you wish to attend the event, please purchase a weekend ticket. ☝️
