This is a contest, so there should be a few terms and conditions. Basically, here’s the jist of it:

1. Your photos are yours and beyond this contest we won’t use them without your permission.
2. When we mail something to you, it’s in the mailer’s hands and we aren’t responsible if they screw up. Also we have to limit shipping costs to <$50 USD per item so we might have to ship it to you economy if you are outside the USA.
3. Prizes are dependent on availability – meaning that if we don't have the funds to print t-shirts or stickers for the attendees then we can't make any for you. But we are reasonably sure we can do this.
4. We have the right to change prizes and contest details without notice.
5. WordCamp Miami 2014 organizers can submit photos, but can’t win anything.
6. You do NOT have to be going to WordCamp Miami 2014 to win. In fact, you might never have been to a WordCamp in your life (shame on you though).
7. All photos must be “family-friendly”. You should be able to show this to a priest or grandma without them having a heart attack.
