Enrique Canals
“My name is Enrique Canals and I’m from Miami, FL. I’m passionate about software development, open source and robots. For a living I write software, manage projects, and help build companies. I’ve worked with a fairly wide range of companies, including start-ups like Pebble, Spark, Tessel, and Sphero. With regard to software, specifically front-end development, I’m keen on well structured markup and styles. Keeping HTML and CSS organized is critical to the maintainability of any project and makes developing usable and functional interfaces much more efficient. Besides technology, I enjoy good coffee, wake boarding, and yoga. In my spare time I try to contribute to open source projects and currently maintain the default SCSS syntax highlighting bundle for TextMate with support for Atom and Sublime.”
