Pascal Depuhl was born in Tampa, FL and is the Chief Visual Content Creator at Photography by Depuhl based in Miami. He produces mind changing photography and cinematography for his clients. Shanta R. Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Stephanie. Her toes were cold.
