Celebrating 10 Years!
Once again WordCamp Miami has sold out completely. Thank you to all of those who purchased tickets – and thank you to of course to volunteers and sponsors who made this possible.
We had available late admission tickets for the past week or so but those are sold out as well. Workshop and Kids tickets are sold out too. A waitlist is up right now. There are a few cancelations before the event and when a spot opens up we will let waitlisters now in the order they entered their names on the list.
If you are thinking about grabbing a WordCamp Miami ticket, be aware that you must do so by Feb 24th in order to guarantee yourself on our infamous (famous?) WordCamp Miami t-shirts. After Feb 24th, we send off our order to the t-shirt company who doesn’t guarantee any additional shirts on late orders.
This year, we have quite a bit of surprises for those who don’t wait until the last minute. Don’t be left out!

We’re offering several ticket types:
If you applied to speak or volunteer and wondering if you need to buy a weekend ticket now – don’t worry. We are holding weekend tickets in reserve for speakers, sponsors, and volunteers. If you want to attend a workshop, you can grab your ticket now if you’re sure you want to attend that workshop and we will refund you if appropriate.
If you are awaiting an email regarding a speaker confirmation, please be patient as these emails are still going out. If you are a confirmed speaker, your discount speaker code is coming!
We’ll be posting information regarding speakers and schedules, so please be sure that you’re subscribed to our mailing list to get ticket updates via email. Or join us in our Slack channel. These are the best ways to be the first to be notified of future announcements.

These are tickets that you can purchase in advance BEFORE we start announcing the bulk of confirmed speakers. There are two rounds of early bird tickets – the first round of tickets are $35, the second round tickets are $40. Tickets in both rounds otherwise are exactly the same.
WordCamp Miami eventually sells out, so grabbing a weekend ticket ensures you a spot at the conference for the weekend – which means you get the great food, talks, networking, and swag – guaranteed!
The first batch of EARLY BIRD TICKETS are locked in at $35… regardless if the price goes up for regular tickets. You might be getting the cheapest tickets for the weekend.
As in previous years, WordCamp Miami gives a small reward for early bird ticket holders. In the past, we’ve entered “early birders” in contests and offered giveaways. This year – well, we’re keeping a lid on this information at the moment. 😊
Legal: Since WCMIA is a volunteer based non-profit event, any prizes or rewards may vary depending on final budget. Also organizers and sponsors are not eligible for any prizes, even if they are an early bird ticket holder. We will release information by March 14th – you must be present at the event to receive any goodies, prizes, gifts, etc. WCMIA reserves the right to change or update conditions at any time.
Our workshop tickets for Friday March 16th 2018 will be released soon. You don’t have to wait for these workshop tickets to purchase your early bird weekend tickets. We are not offering student or teacher discounts for early bird tickets. If you are selected as a speaker and purchase an early bird ticket – don’t worry… we will refund your ticket.
